 Buddy Pair Program

Growing Together, One Connection at a Time!

At the heart of the Al Hayy Buddy Pair Program is our unique Buddy Pair System—a thoughtfully designed, two-person partnership that brings clients together with peers who share similar ages, communication styles, and therapeutic goals. By pairing each child with a well-matched buddy, we create a space where learning feels natural, supportive, and truly meaningful.

Program Highlights

At Al-Hayy, our Buddy Pair System is a core feature across programs like the Weekend School, Social Skills groups, Youth Enablement, and other enrichment sessions. Each child is thoughtfully paired with a trained buddy who provides consistent, one-on-one attention while still participating in a group environment. This model allows for personalized growth, helping students feel supported, understood, and confident as they learn at their own pace.

The buddy relationship also nurtures real friendships and real learning. Children engage in meaningful peer interaction, cooperative play, shared activities, and hands-on tasks that strengthen social understanding. These positive connections create a sense of belonging while encouraging teamwork, empathy, and trust.  The Buddy Pair System offers communication in action. With guided support, students practice communication skills in real time—whether verbal, non-verbal, or through supported methods. Over time, they build social confidence, emotional awareness, and essential life skills that extend far beyond the classroom.

Al Hayy Buddy Program turns every shared moment into an opportunity—where voices grow stronger, friendships grow deeper, and every win is celebrated together.

We ensure every child feels seen, valued, and supported in all their learning journey.
